I wanted to take a brief moment to tell you about a recent experience that I had with Anton Young last week.
Being in and around the sales profession for the bulk of my career and dealing with many of my own Inside Sales Associates, I am very sensitive to the service experience that my own customers encounter. I must tell you that Anton did a fantastic job for me in a telephone conducted pre-qualification interview.
Anton was sensitive to my time constraints. He explained the pre-qualification process, how much time it would take, and asked for my approval before proceeding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered every question that I asked of him. He did an excellent job of listening as well, a simple skill that many service professionals have difficulty in mastering It is obvious to me that with associates like Anton, Superior Service should be the factor that differentiates you from your competitors

Thank you for guiding me through this process in such great detail. You were careful to explain everything to me in “layman’s” terms to make sure I understood, and thanks to your careful eye on what was happening with the economy I was able to get that monetary break from FHA!
